Mr. Joel's Songbag (The Shapes and Sounds of Music)

Performing traditional and original children's songs about getting along, the rhythms of life, self esteem, and social awareness, Joel's philosophy is to have fun while learning through music. He uses movement, mouth percussion, a variety of musical instruments such as guitar, banjo, harmonica and ukulele, hand puppets and other props. He is available for events at schools, libraries, and private parties including birthdays, holidays and other special occasions.

The Great American Song (The 20th Century in Song)

Teaching American history through music. Using songs from each decade of the 20th century, Joel brings to life the characters and defining events that shaped our great nation.
